Established in 2023, Georgy Scott’s celebrates the unique locality of great southern Forrest and the south west WA, drawn by the amazing produce the region has to offer. It is with great pleasure that we can source, cook and serve food that is so regional. We are humbled at the efforts and skill the producers create and hope to communicate the best on offer.

Georgy Scott’s is dedicated to supporting local farmers, through coal & smoke cookery. We source all produce from within the southwest WA region, cook simply and create a relaxed and holistic experience
