We had a lovely experience beginning to end at the restaurant for dinner. Our service was exceptional, warm, friendly and helpful. The meal was just as impressive, my porterhouse steak was cooked to perfection as was my husband’s meal. We will definitely be back again. Thank you for the wonderful evening.

Very friendly staff, smooth check, in no wait. Room good size and bathrooms with plenty of fresh towels Everything clean. Stayed 5 days, easy drive into town, lots of sights for tourists in Albany. Bonus is a fully operational restaurant serving wonderful breakfast, continental and cooked. Had Eggs Benedict each morning. Nightly “happy hour” 4.30 – 6 pm. Restaurant meals varied, good size and price. Wine list featuring local wines at great prices. Big shout out to Jasmine who looked after us each night and Anna the Chef who cooked our Salmon the way we liked it, Wonderful. Would stay there again, without a second thought. Thank you all.

Staff are so helpful and friendly- – nothing too hard for them. They went beyond to help. Free guest laundry. Rooms are adequate- hot food showers. Comfy bed. Bar & grill has the best Surf & turf ever.

Stayed here a few times now for business. Easy parking right Infront of your room. Rooms are comfortable and looks like they’ve upgraded the bathrooms which is good to see a hotel spending money on improvements. Eat at the restaurant each night and it’s always tasty.

Our recent stay at Albany was a nice break for 3 nights from caravanning, particularly as the weather was darn cold. The room was very comfortable, good tv and we ate in-house a couple of nights as the food was very good. The staff were particularly pleasant and helpful.

Easy location to find. Great for travelling into town and local sights. Everything seemed to be 10 minutes’ drive away. Did have a couple of issues but the General Manager was very polite, accommodating and our situation was very quickly resolved.
